The story — in my words

I wrote this one on a humid evening when the city noise felt particularly heavy, like the concrete was trying to swallow my spirit. I was sitting on my fire escape, watching the streetlights hum, and it hit me that I’d been waiting for my wishes to wake up in some dusty corner of the past. I realized my power wasn't something I had to hunt down in the alleyways; it was a rhythmic current already moving through my bones. We cut the vocals in a single take to capture that genuine shift from 'trying to get' to simply 'allowing.' It’s about that quiet, magnetic fire that starts inside and eventually makes the whole world look a little brighter. I wanted to capture that transition from the gray city sigh to a golden, vital sparkle.
