The story — in my words

I wrote this one on a morning when it felt like the world was just taking turns throwing haymakers at me. I was sitting in my kitchen, nursing a cold coffee and thinking about how it’s never really the blow that defines you, but the way you square your shoulders for the next one. We cut the tracks in a session where I told the drummer to beat those skins like he was in a championship ring. I wanted that 'Bang, Bang, Bang' to feel like a pulse, or a heavy footstep moving forward no matter how steep the road gets. 'Bang, Bang, Bang' isn't about winning easily; it's about the beauty of the grind and the pride we take in the scars we've earned along the way.
