The story — in my words

I wrote this one when I finally reached that exhausted, clarifies-everything breaking point. For a long time, I let someone else dictate the tempo of my life, telling me what to feel and who I was supposed to be until I didn't recognize the person in the mirror anymore. I was tired of being the prisoner of someone else's guilt and games. We cut this track with a drive that mimics that surge of adrenaline you get when you realize you're actually done—when the 'no' becomes a roar. It’s about that raw, messy transition from being crushed to standing up and kicking the door down. I wanted to capture the feeling of the old skin shedding so the true self could finally breathe again. It's not just a song; it's me taking my power back.
