I wrote this one during a week when I felt like I was waking up into the exact same grey movie every single morning. I was frustrated by that mundane, flat feeling of being stuck in a loop. I realized that the scenery wasn't going to change until I decided to look at it through a different lens. 'Change The Frame' became my personal manifesto for that shift. It’s about taking the brush into your own hands and realizing your life isn't a fixed picture—it’s a canvas that's still being painted. We tracked the guitars to feel like they were breaking through a fog, mirrors of that moment when you finally see the horizon opening up. I wanted to capture that precise second when you stop looking at who you were and start seeing who you’re becoming.
