The story — in my words
I wrote this during a week where I felt like my brain was literally vibrating from too much screen time. I was sitting in my studio, looking at the blue light reflecting off my gear, and I realized I couldn't remember the last time I sat in total silence without reaching for my phone. It’s that feeling of being a 'glitch in the hardware'—where you’re so connected to the grid that you lose the rhythm of your own pulse. We went for a really aggressive, driving sound to mirror that frantic energy of scrolling through wreckage. I wanted the guitars to sound like they were fighting through interference, finally breaking into that scream at the end just to prove that there is still a human voice buried under all that digital noise.
