I wrote this one on a day when I was feeling bogged down by the weight of responsibilities and the 'bitter chill' of the daily grind. I started thinking about that raw, reckless energy I had back in the mid-80s—that '86 spirit where everything felt possible and a little bit dangerous. It’s about that tension between having another mouth to feed and still needing to let your spirit breathe. We cut this track with a drive that mimics a racing heart, focusing on that feeling of falling off your bike as a kid and getting right back up for the adrenaline. It’s my personal reminder that even if the youth is fading, the fire doesn't have to. I wanted to capture the exact moment you decide to stop worrying and just start living again.
