The story — in my words

I wrote this one about that specific kind of heavy silence that can fill a house. I was sitting in my truck at a stoplight, just blocks from my front door, and I realized I wasn't ready to face what was waiting inside. We had this huge 'white elephant' in the living room—the kind of truth nobody wants to be the first to touch. I ended up driving for hours, watching the city lights blur and the gravel fly, just trying to find the right words. We cut this track with a driving, foot-tapping energy because even though the theme is heavy, there's a real sense of freedom when the walls finally come down. It’s funny how sometimes the longest, hardest roads are the only ones that actually get you where you need to be.
