I wrote this one when the walls felt like they were closing in and my brain wouldn't stop cycling through a million things at once. We’ve all had those days where the coffee hits too hard or the news cycle just breaks you, and you suddenly realize you have absolutely nowhere to be, yet your heart is beating like a drum solo. I wanted to capture that frantic, desperate itch for a reset—whether that’s a drink at the end of a long week or just turning the music up until you can’t hear your own thoughts anymore. We tracked the vocals in one take to keep that breathless, slightly unhinged energy. It’s a tribute to those moments when the only cure for a spinning world is to lean into the noise and find a way to numb the chaos before the clock runs out.
