The story — in my words

I wrote this song late one night after a gig when the adrenaline was still humming through my hands. I’ve always been drawn to those characters who don’t quite fit the mold—the ones daddy shook his head at and mama couldn't quite pray back to the straight and narrow. I was thinking about all the bars I’ve played where the flickering neon feels like a sanctuary for the misfits. We cut this track with a raw, driving edge because I wanted you to feel that 'wild hair' running through your veins. It’s a tribute to the people who laugh at the rules and find their own thrill in the dark. For anyone who has ever danced on a bar or howled at the moon, this one is for our tribe. We might be the ones to blame, but we're having a hell of a time doing it.
