The story — in my words

I wrote this one after getting lost in the idea of those hidden, late-night spots where the misfits are the royalty. I wanted to capture the smell of old velvet, the clink of glasses, and that specific electric charge you feel when the house lights go down. We cut the tracks to feel like a living, breathing performance—something a bit dangerous and a lot of fun. I was thinking about characters like Colette and Jack, these archetypes of the night who play their roles under the neon while the rest of the world sleeps. It’s a tribute to the places where you can be whoever you want to be, as long as you respect the house rules. It’s meant to be loud, a little sassy, and completely immersive.
