I wrote this piece because I needed a way to anchor myself when the world felt a little too heavy. It isn't a traditional song in the sense of verses and choruses; it’s more of a guided path I built to lead my own mind back to a place of stillness. I remember sitting in the studio, just focusing on my breath, trying to capture that specific feeling of light expanding from within. We kept the background subtle so the focus stays on the visualization—the feeling of a warm wave flowing from your head to your toes. It’s my personal practice for shifting from lack to abundance, and I wanted to share that frequency with anyone who feels like they’re running on empty. It’s about realizing the light you're looking for is already there, just waiting for you to breathe into it.
