I wrote this one while reflecting on those desperate years when I was literally counting pennies just to get by. It’s a strange thing when the tide finally turns. I was sitting in a quiet room, remembering how it felt to run on fumes in half-lit spaces, and suddenly the melody for the chorus hit me like a thunderbolt. It’s not just about the money; it’s about the shift in spirit from being silenced by struggle to being loud with freedom. We cut this track to feel like a victory lap with your best friends. I wanted to capture that specific friction between the people who doubt you when you're down and the ones who suddenly call when you're living in the hills. It’s my way of saying I’m the same guy, just with a much fatter wallet and a lot less to lose.
