Stop trying to control. Just let things flow... and surrender ©.

The story — in my words
I wrote this piece during a season where I felt like I was white-knuckling every area of my life. My hands were literally sore from the tension of trying to force outcomes that weren't ready to happen yet. I sat down at the piano and realized that the hardest part of growth isn't the effort—it's the letting go. I wanted to create something that felt like a physical release, starting with that image of a tight fist slowly opening finger by finger. We recorded the vocal in a very soft, close-mic setting because I wanted it to feel like a quiet conversation between you and your own soul. It’s meant to be a reminder that the ocean doesn't need your help to move; it already knows the way.
