The story — in my words

I wrote this during one of those long, cold nights sitting in a hospital parking lot, watching the red digits on the dashboard clock tick down. It was that moment where you realize you’re the one who built the cage you’re living in. I wanted to capture the physical tension of the ‘wired-up shake’—that feeling when your own biology is at war with your will. We tracked the vocals in a single take because I didn’t want it to sound polished; I wanted it to sound like a man finally burning down a rotten foundation to save what’s left of himself. It’s about that final, desperate pivot from being a victim of your own habits to becoming the master of your own red blood.
