I wrote this one on a night when the news felt particularly heavy and the world seemed to be splintering at every seam. I was sitting in this dimly lit corner of a local bar, watching people try to force a good time, and I started thinking about what it would look like to stop pretending and just embrace the chaos. We cut 'With A Rebel Swing' to capture that specific friction where a vintage, big-band horn section meets a gritty, screaming electric guitar. It’s about that moment of realization that if the world is going to fall, we might as well go down dancing in a way that feels honest and unscripted. I wanted the listener to feel that collision—the elegance of swing and the raw defiance of rock—because that’s exactly where I was mentally when the melody finally hit me.
