I wrote this one afternoon while I was literally balanced on a wobbly kitchenette chair, trying to coax my own stubborn bird back into his cage with a slice of apple. It was one of those absurd moments where life feels like a high-wire act—the phone is ringing, the neighbors are complaining, and my rent is late, but nothing matters except this tiny, green-bellied creature mocking me from the curtain rod. We cut this track to capture that manic, theatrical energy of a domestic collapse. I wanted it to feel like a circus march that’s about to fall over. It’s a tribute to the beautiful, frustrating distractions that make us forget the 'government papers' and the real world for a second, even if it means cracking your neck in a comical wreck.
